I have a lot of experience working with children of all ages. I have 3 years of professional tutoring experience with students in grades pre-K through 12th grade. I have a great deal of knowledge in teaching beginning reading skills, letter recognition and sounds, math, writing, language arts/reading, and organizational skills. I recently graduated from Calvin College with a degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. I am currently a teacher assistant for the Great Start Readiness Program and will be finishing up the year long term subbing for Young Fives. I will be tutoring students in grades Pre-k through 8th grade this summer.
